1559 Service taught of rich heritage.

Cast members of the Utah Shakespearean Festival added their talents to those of the St. Jude's congregation during the annual Elizabethan Mass held in August. The mass, which features a service taken directly from the 1559 Book of Common Prayer, provides a glimpse of what an Anglican church service was like in the times of William Shakespeare.

Tea anyone?
An authentic English tea provided an opportunity to socialize following the 1559 service. On the menu were a wide variety of teas and British delicacies including Scottish shortbread and scones and Devonshire cream. Famous for our potlucks, everyone pitched in to make the English Tea a success.
